When you contact Hazel Geeks, we collect your name, email address, message and any project type or budget you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote and manage the project conversation.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries are stored in our access-restricted administration system using Supabase. Email notifications are sent through Resend, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process information to deliver those services. Avoid including sensitive personal documents in the inquiry form.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry records while they are needed to handle the inquiry, related project work or applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@hazelgeeks.com. We review requests and explain any records we need to retain.
Website preferences and analytics
The website stores your display preference locally. Google Analytics is used to understand visits on pages where its tag is loaded; it may use cookies and process device, interaction and approximate location information. The inquiry form does not send your message, name or email to Google Analytics. Administrators also use a session cookie for secure sign-in.
